Ang aking pinakagusto sa behavioral based safety training, ay ang behavioral& attitude dahil dito maging neutralize Lang at maintindihan din Ng isang Tao kapag tinituruan Ng maayos na pamamaran…. At ang pinakaayaw ko Rin Yung sa observation peedback , dahil Hindi tunuturuan Ng maayos ang isang Tao, kaya Yun ang dahilan na Hindi ligtas ang ang trabaho.
