- Post-Registration: After successful registration, participants will receive an access link via email to the FREE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION AWARENESS COURSE: Know and Comply with the Requirements of RA 11285.
3. Game Eligibility
- Attendance: Participants must be present at the end of the event to be eligible for the Wheel of Names.
- One-Time Entry: Each participant can be featured only once in the wheel during the event.

5. Wheel of Names Spin
How It Works:
- Announcement of Prize: Before each spin, a J3 representative will announce the prize for that round.
- Spinning the Wheel: A J3 representative will control the spin of the “Wheel of Names” which includes all eligible participants’ names.
- Selection of Winner: The winner is determined where the arrow points when the wheel stops. The J3 representative will then announce the winner’s name.
Winning Limitations:
- Participants who win any prize (major or minor) are no longer eligible for additional spins during the same event. This maintains fairness and gives other participants a chance to win.
6. Verification Process
- Winners List: A list of winners will be maintained and checked to ensure no repeat winners in the same event.
