Lodie M. Cadiz

Ms. Lodie M. Cadiz is a seasoned Human Resource and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional with over a decade of experience in training management, human resource development, and workplace safety. She currently serves as the Training Manager of J3 Trainers and Consultants, Inc., where she leads nationwide OSH training programs and ensures the delivery of high-quality professional development initiatives. A DOLE-Accredited Safety Practitioner and Registered Nurse, Ms. Cadiz effectively bridges her expertise in healthcare and organizational management to advance holistic workplace safety and employee well-being.

A cum laude graduate of Mindanao State University with a degree in International Relations, and a Master’s in Management major in Human Resource Management from Liceo de Cagayan University, Ms. Cadiz is a recognized resource speaker and trainer in programs such as COSH, BOSH, and Loss Control Management.
