Can I resume/continue this lesson/topic/quiz/exam on a specific date/time?

Yes, you can resume/continue all the lesson/topic/quiz/exam anytime at 12pm to 10pm Monday to Sunday. as long as your course is not expired

Can i finish this course earlier as expected?

Yes, as long as you have completed the course, it is still valid

Can I retake the knowledge Review/Exam?

Yes. There is no limit in taking the Knowledge Review/Exam even if you got the passing rate.

When will I received my Student Manual?

Please check and download your Student Manual in your Dashboard – Downloads Menu.
If your manual is not in your downloadable’s, don’t hesitate to send us an email at [email protected]

Where can I download my certificate?

Go to your dashboard
Select ‘My Course’
You will find “My Progress, Certificate and Expiration Date”

Go to your dashboard

I can’t click the mark as complete

You can only mark as complete if you are done with what is required on the page. If there is a video , you need to watch it until the end to fully complete the topic/lessons.

I can’t complete the ratings and reviews

Make sure you fill out the “headline for your review” and not exceed 400 characters including space on your “Review Description”. If there is still a problem, you may use another browser or incognito/private mode setting.

Do I need to join ZOOM?

Yes, zoom is required while taking the course.

DOLE-OSH Center is requiring us to monitor you while taking the course.So,Every time you take this course, you are required to join the J3 Virtual Training Room for monitoring purposes via zoom app for your attendance and certificate validation.

I don't have a camera on my Laptop/Desktop/Mobile

Zoom camera is required. This serves as attendance that you are personally taking the course.

Note: you can use 2 gadgets. 1 is for zoom and the other one is for taking the online course.

I heard nothing from the J3 Virtual Training Room

J3 Virtual Training Room is not a webinar. It is a venue for monitoring via zoom app while the online participants are taking the course, a requirement for mandatory courses to be recorded at the same time serves as attendance of the participants.

How to rename my name in zoom?

To change your name after entering a Zoom meeting, click on the “Participants” button.
Next, hover your mouse over your name in the “Participants” list on the right side of the Zoom window. Click on “Rename”.
Enter the name you’d like to appear in the Zoom meeting and click on “OK”.

Don’t hesitate to send us a Ticket if you have any questions and clarification relating to this course.
