Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.


  1. Assist participants in our Learning Management System (LMS), providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  2. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate internal communication and workflow.
  5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  6. Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
  7. Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  8. Provide general support to visitors and clients, including answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  9. Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
  10. Previous experience in the training or consultancy industry is an advantage.
