COURSE DESCRIPTION

This FREE Training is designed for construction project engineers, construction engineers, and project managers to help understand the limiting factors (constraints) and pin down the lingering problem of projects not satisfactorily completed. The core content of the training is mainly referenced from the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as applied to actual experience in Philippine setting.

This training hopes to open-up opportunities for existing and would-be project managers to make a difference and raise the bar of performance in construction projects using the Project Management knowledge and skills, specifically delivering the projects on time, within budget, in agreed scope at the same time meeting customer requirement.

I realized a lot of things that I did not really appreciate during academic years such as the WBS and on how to estimate durations. I am looking forward to apply all the precious knowledge from this course to actual work related to planning and scheduling engineering.
