Congratulations for successfully completing the training requirement of the course.
You are now about to take the Certification Examination requirement. Please be guided with the following:
1. The Exam is available for 3 consecutive days after the end of the training. It closes and no longer available after 3 days.
2. It is composed of 100 items, multiple choice. You need to get a score of at least 72 to be granted a certificate.
3. You have 2 hours to finish the Exam. Two hours after you click “start” , the system will automatically close. It is open notes but be conscious of the time limit.
4. You are allowed to one retake. If you are not successful during the second take, you can apply for a retake in the next schedule for P1,000 “retake fee’.
5. After you submit your answers, a score will immediately display, will congratulate you and prompt you to download your certificate.
