Course Description
Project Management by Precedence Diagramming Method Course is a follow up workshop to the Construction Project Management Fundamentals Construction Project Cost and Schedule Management course.
Moreover, this course was developed in compliance with DPWH’s Department Order No. 133 Series of 2015 – Adoption of Precedence Diagram Method as Project Scheduling Technique in all DPWH’s projects.
In this 2-day workshop, you will gain the knowledge to effectively plan, monitor and control your project schedule using the various scheduling techniques with a focus on Precedence Diagramming Method.
After the training, participants should be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Project Management, Project Lifecycle and Knowledge Areas
- Understand the Processes in schedule development
- Develop a Work Breakdown Structure and identify work deliverables
- Explain the major differences between Critical Path Method and Critical Chain Method
