The DOE Energy Manager Recertification Course (EMRC) is a mandatory 16-hour continuing professional development program designed to ensure that DOE-Certified Energy Managers (CEMs) remain competent, compliant, and updated with the latest Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (RA 11285) requirements, DOE issuances, and advanced energy efficiency applications.

Successful completion satisfies the DOE recertification requirement for Energy Managers.
