Building Competence. Ensuring Compliance. Delivering Results.
About the Program
The Construction Project Management Training Program is a comprehensive 10-day competency-based course designed to equip engineers, project managers, and construction professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to plan, execute, monitor, and control construction projects efficiently and in compliance with Philippine standards.
Developed by J3 Trainers and Consultants, Inc., this program blends international best practices (PMBOK®, ISO 21500) with local regulatory frameworks—including DPWH standards, RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act), RA 11058 (OSH Law), and DENR environmental regulations.
Through interactive lectures, workshops, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants gain the practical ability to manage the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and planning, to execution, quality assurance, safety, and closeout.
