Construction Supervision, Project Start-Up and Close-Out
This course provides a practical introduction to construction supervision and project start-up activities, focusing on the roles, responsibilities, and early-stage decisions that set the direction of a construction project.
The course emphasizes pre-construction preparation, contract understanding, site mobilization, supervision systems, and documentation, with specific reference to DPWH construction projects and Philippine practice.
