The COSH training of J3 TRAINERS AND CONSULTANT INC. is very effective and educational.
The lessons and topics are well organized that it made me easier for me to understand and it even has some educational pictures and videos. Also the quizzes at the end of every lessons are very helpful in refreshing of what I have learned about the topics. There some advance words that difficult to understand but other than that it was a solid presentation and it lived up to my expectations.
