The instructor/lecturer is a subject matter expert being a DPWH accredited lecturer. His lecture was founded on the basic principles of Safety which focused on heavy equipment. It is evident that he has a deep knowledge of the subject matter since he was able to participate in the creation of Department Orders as a member of the Technical Working Group. The Admin/Secretariat were all supportive.
