Yes, you can resume/continue all the lesson/topic/quiz/exam anytime at 12pm to 10pm Monday to Sunday. as long as your course is not expired
Yes, as long as you have completed the course, it is still valid
Yes. There is no limit in taking the Knowledge Review/Exam even if you got the passing rate.
You can only mark as complete if you are done with what is required on the page. If there is a video , you need to watch it until the end to fully complete the topic/lessons.
Make sure you fill out the “headline for your review” and not exceed 400 characters including space on your “Review Description”. If there is still a problem, you may use another browser or incognito/private mode setting.

Yes, zoom is required while taking the course.
DOLE-OSH Center is requiring us to monitor you while taking the course.So,Every time you take this course, you are required to join the J3 Virtual Training Room for monitoring purposes via zoom app for your attendance and certificate validation.
Zoom camera is required. This serves as attendance that you are personally taking the course.
Note: you can use 2 gadgets. 1 is for zoom and the other one is for taking the online course.
J3 Virtual Training Room is not a webinar. It is a venue for monitoring via zoom app while the online participants are taking the course, a requirement for mandatory courses to be recorded at the same time serves as attendance of the participants.
