Course Description
Comprehensive step-by-step guide to help participants investigate and analyze accidents, uncover root causes, and make recommendations that improve a company’s safety performance.
Target Participants
This training is intended to be a general guide for SUPERVISORS, SAFETY OFFICERS, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH COMMITTEE members and ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION TEAM to find the deeper causes of incidents and accidents to prevent them from happing again.
Course Objective
At the end of the 8-hour course, participants are able to explain why investigate accidents, identify causes of accidents, perform event analysis, cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent them from happening again.
