PROGRAM TITLE: Construction Project Planning, Scheduling & Control using Microsoft Excel
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This two (2) day course is designed for construction professionals, engineers, project managers, and students who want to master project planning and monitoring without relying on expensive software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
This course walks participants step-by-step through the process of creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), developing activity schedules, generating automated Gantt charts, and tracking project progress. It also introduces advanced but practical tools such as manpower loading, cost management, and S-Curve analysis (Planned vs. Actual).
By the end of the course, learners will be able to build a complete Excel-based project control system for real construction projects — useful for progress reporting, monitoring, and decision-making.
